Job Description 

This HireStrategy client is a leading provider of price assessments, business intelligence and market data on the global coal, electricity, oil, gas, emissions and transportation industries. It is headquartered in London, and has offices in Moscow, Washington, Houston, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing, New York, Kiev, Sydney, Astana Johannesburg and Dubai as well as employees in other key locations including Germany, France, Nigeria, South Africa, Venezuela, Argentina and Chile. Our client was founded in 1970 and is a privately held UK-registered company, owned by its employees and the family of its founder.

Our client is looking for a Houston based account manager to join an expanding US commercial team. 

 


Job Requirements 

Requirements:
•  A minimum of 2-5 years consultative sales experience with Fortune 500 clients
•  A general understanding of commodities markets, technology applications and market data
•  Previous experience selling, presenting and interacting at an executive level is a requirement
•  The ideal candidate can demonstrate a history of leading negotiations and identifying business opportunities across an expansive territory
•  This position requires 25 percent travel and a few busy months may get up to 50 percent.
