Distinctive Solutions, Inc. is a privately owned company that performs sales, client acquisitions, and retention for Fortune 100 companies. We first opened our doors in Philadelphia in 2004. After experiencing success with our clients there, it soon became apparent that our talents were needed in the greater Baltimore market. Our relocation to Maryland proved successful; since that time, we have again expanded to Philadelphia, to Long Island, NY, and will grow into at least one more market in the first quarter of 2008.

We will continue to expand as a premier marketing company. We attribute this tremendous growth to 2 ideals. The first is our innovative marketing and sales strategies. We execute outsourced sales and client acquisitions with the small to mid-sized customers of our Fortune 100 clients. We perform face-to-face sales & customer service – a proven method for successfully winning new customers. Direct mail, telemarketing, and media advertising fail while our approach to sales achieves a success rate unheard of in other marketing strategies.

The second ideal is our underlying desire to care for the security & growth of our clients and employees. We beat the competition by the strength of our people and the corporations we represent. No one can match our professionalism, integrity, and commitment. Our people deliver outstanding service to our customers as well as participate in a comprehensive training program in sales, business, and management. Our clients are quite impressed with our ability to aggressively increase sales while representing them with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. We must find quality candidates trained to expand our organization and further our client relationships. These candidates must be extremely skilled in the fields of management, training, and outsourced direct marketing. Our Account Representatives start out at the Entry-level position where they can learn our strong foundations to become a Manager.

This is an entry level sales position.  Successful candidates can grow to management.

The Account Representatives we are seeking have excellent communication skills, have fantastic relationship building abilities, and have natural leadership qualities.

The responsibilities of the Account Representative position would include professional presentations, consulting small to medium size businesses, campaign management, implementing sales techniques, and marketing drills. Training is provided so an Account Executive can advance to a Management position.
The Account Representatives we are seeking have excellent communication skills, have fantastic relationship building abilities, and have natural leadership qualities.
