Sussek Machine is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to join their team in Waterloo, WI.

Job Description
This highly visible Production Supervisor position will coordinate the activities of the production floor ensuring efficient utilization of labor, equipment and materials while optimizing costs, efficiencies, quality and delivery performance.
This person will work with other Production Supervisors to ensure the adherence of manufacturing schedules, responsible for safety. productivity, job skill training and projects with focus on daily, weekly, and long term performance improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities of the production floor ensuring efficient utilization of the labor, equipment while optimizing costs, efficiencies, quality and delivery performance. 
  •  Work with other Production Supervisors to ensure the adherence of manufcturing schedules, responsible for safety, quality, productivity, job skill training and projects with focus on daily, weekly, and long term performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Production Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of best practices and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have the proven ability to guide team members through the problem solving processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
