Do you have Director experience in Home health or Hospice and want to go to the next level?

Or do you have Administrative background in Home Health and want to help grow a stable division that is part of a Hospital health system?

 

A local HOME HEALTH / HOSPICE CARE Company that is part of a HOSPITAL Health system is looking for an Administrator to manage FIVE managers. This is 100% Administrative and this Administrator is responsible for helping grow the organization.  There is a lot of AUTONOMY in this position. They expect the Administrator to really run it like it were their "own business".

 

The Five managers are a Quality Assurance Manager, Rehab Manager, Two Nurse Branch managers and a Office/Billing Manager.  The Division is looking to grow their home healthcare more. They are adding on laptops for the staff and the staff have realistic expectations of the amount of patients they need to see.

Job Requirements 

 Administrator of Home health/Hospice, RN

 

  • Registered Nurse with at least 2yrs of experience as a Home Health or Hospice Branch Manager or Director
  • Registered Nurse that is able to get a license for New jersey and/ or Delaware
  • Registered Nurse that has previous experience with budgetary responsibilities.
  • Registered Nurse that has experience in growing an organization or has experience in sales or marketing in healthcare.
