Description of Major Duties
· Provide analytic framework to sales and marketing strategies through web initiatives leveraging industry and web best practices.
· Build and leverage relationships with internal business partners (Operating Company Sales, Marketing and Product Development members), corporate enablers (I.T., Finance), and external partners (web design, research, usability) to deliver e-business solutions.
· Become a subject matter expert on web enabled sales and marketing trends and best practices. Act as a consultant to operating company stakeholders to influence strategies and long term planning.
· Work with operating company stakeholders to develop business analysis for projects and investments. Evaluate market trends and program results to assist in the formulation of directional analytics.
· Work with e-business project managers by taking ownership of a work stream within a project. Partner with operating company stakeholders and leverage external partner relationships to define and execute the work. The outcome should be to identify and deliver breakthrough value to the Corporation and to establish standard work process so the breakthrough can be repeated as other operating companies deploy the same capability.
· Prepare and deliver communications to various audiences including C-level and President level members. Must have the ability to provide insights and recommendations from analysis and speak to the impacts on business results.
