Job Description

 

 Ntional long term care mgmt. company is currently looking for an Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for the South Texas Region. 

 

This position drives facility sales activities to achieve all census targets within an assigned facility and duration of time.  Educates facility sales team and leadership on methods to improve effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.  Develops action plans and exit strategies for facilities upon completion of assignment.

 

 

1.Improves the quality and consistency of Business Development Processes.

2.Develops New & Under Developed Referral Sources.

3.Executes adequate and focused sales call activity to generate the necessary admission volume.

4.Develops New & Under Developed Referral Sources. 

5.Improves Admissions from existing Referrals to achieve 70% conversion ratio. 

6. Eliminates Avoidable Denials.

7.Improves Sales Skills of facility sales team through education and action plans.

8.Establishes relationships with "C" and "D" level Executives for Key MCOs and hospitals.

9.Establishes relationships with CM & DCPs at hospitals.

10.Provides clinical with information on causal factors.

 

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Healthcare Sales experience and a passion for selling. High level sales and multi-state experience strongly preferred. Extensive travel will be required.
