Enrollment Manager

Join the premier provider of adult education consulting services and make a difference in the lives of others!   The Enrollment Manager will be responsible for the hiring, training and management of the recruitment team for a local, private college/university’s adult education programs. The Institute for Professional Development (IPD), a subsidiary of Apollo Group, Inc, founded in 1973, is a higher education development and management corporation. The primary mission of IPD is to assist accredited private colleges and universities in expanding and diversifying their academic offerings and student population base through the development of quality academic degree programs designed to meet the educational needs of working adults.

 

We are currently seeking an assertive, well organized individual to lead a team of recruiters in order to maximize enrollment performance.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement, and monitor staff performance goals to ensure maximum performance.
  • Effectively hire, train, and manage outstanding sales professionals.
·         Develop and implement team building and motivational activities. ·         Monitor and analyze performance data for use in daily coaching of team members. 
  • Monitor and manage the achievement of campus enrollment budget.
  • Work directly with prospective students to assist them through the enrollment process.

 

Job Requirements

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of sales management experience including implementing training programs and/or team building and motivational activities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exhibit a high achievement drive.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management and/or recruitment and training.
