is looking for highly experienced
Admissions Nurse
to do Home Helath Admissions in the following areas:
Clear Lake, Pearland, Webster, Pasadena, Galveston,
Texas City, Dickinson, Friendswood, Santa Fe
Full Time, Part Time, & PRN positions available
We provide the following services:
• Skilled Nursing Care
• Comprehensive Health Assessment and Evaluation
• Medical Administration
• Diabetic and Nutrition Teaching
• Wound care and dressing change
• Cardiac Rehabilitation
• Foley Catheter Care
• Ostomy Care
Successful candidates will receive the following benefits:

We are among the first in the Houston area to introduce telehealth, where state of the art devices are installed in the patient’s homes to remotely monitor vital signs. We also provide the personal
emergency alert systems and conducts
home safety evaluations to address safety concerns. Lately, low level
infrared therapy was made available to patients who will benefit from light therapy.
Our technology is pivotal in the implementation of the
disease management program that brings a new meaning to home health care. Under this program, excellent patient outcomes are achieved through constant monitoring and teaching though visits and telephonic encounters.

Requirements
Home Health Nurses
Admissions Nurse
Qualified Admissions Nurse must possess:
- Valid RN License
- At least one year experience as a Home Health Nurse
- At least six months experience in Home Health Admissions
- Proficient in OASIS Data collection and assessments
- Familiar with Point of Service Software preferred but not required
- Current CPR, TB Tests, Drivers License and liability insurance
