Larson Gross p.l.l.c., a leading public accounting firm has an opportunity for an outstanding administrative professional to put their multi-tasking and time management skills to use in our Burlington, WA office.  We offer a professional work environment, competitive salaries and a full benefit package.  This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Core Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet client and vendors; Serve as a professional and courteous representative of the firm
  • Schedule appointments and facilitate meetings between clients and Larson Gross executives; Manage executive calendars
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives on a variety of time intensive and critical projects including scheduling and tracking the completion of tax return projects
  • Produce and maintain client correspondence and various internal documents and reports
  • Organize, copy, and scan financial documents;
  • Organize and electronically file federal and state income tax returns
  • Set-up electronic client files using document management system
  • Operate postage machine, distribute mail, assemble FedEx and UPS packages

 

Requirements
  •  At least two (2) years of professional work experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role for a professional services company; some college level coursework preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the interest and aptitude to learn new software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for spelling and grammar
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to produce consistently accurate work
  • Keen focus on client service and continually improving efficiencies
  • Independent problem solver with the ability to work as a collaborative member of multiple teams
