Job Description


The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to serve as a provider of Best-In-Class customer service through frist level support for First American Default Technologies software product suite.  As an industry leading provider of software products, this position is instrumental in providing customer centric support to our clients.

Responsibilites include customer and product support; client implementation support; new sales support; and client account administration.

Essential Functions
This team provides first level nationwide (8am-8pm EST) support using automated CRM system to end users via telephone calls and email for technical support
Identifies, researchers and resolves technical problems
Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure a timely resolution
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the mortgage servicing industry
Must maintain a customer service and quality focus at all times
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
Proven ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Flexible self starter
Proactive approach in learning and adapting to product and client updates




 

Job Requirements


Must have Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Service or related discipline or equivalent
Previous experience in Mortgage Servicing or Financial Services a must
Minimum of 2 yrs. successful Customer Service experience
Previous call center experience using CRM tracking software/system REQUIRED
Previous PC and/or system support experience
