ER - Nurse Manager

Do you need to find a balance in your work & family life?
At
Hoopeston Regional Health Center we're making some changes so that our managers can find that balance. We've made some positive adjustments to staffing levels which provide additional resources to insure that work and family life balance is maintained
It's the ER Nurse Manager's role to provide leadership, guidance, vision and an example of what customer service should be to the ER staff. Other roles include scheduling, utilization review and performance improvement. The position offers schedule flexibility with the possibility of a condensed work schedule if desired. The position will work some clinical shifts to maintain nursing and trauma skill levels.
Our ER Department has Emergency Medicine Physicians on site 24 hours a day. For the right candidate we offer an extremely competitive compensation and benefit package.
