This at-will position is responsible for assisting with growing the company’s business through building relationships with various facilities and facilitating traveler placement.  Adheres to company mission and values.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document and share market, client and facility information.
  • Effectively penetrate assigned territory by contacting active, inactive and prospect clients to procure job orders.
  • Follow-up with facilities to promote traveler.
  • Establish and maintains communication and rapport with clients to encourage a long-term working relationship with RN Network.
  • Develop effective relationship with current clients to ensure retention.
  • Market job orders internally to recruitment dept.
  • Provide coverage for consultant dept., as needed.
  • Act in partnership with client focused teams to develop client relationships

 

Essential Skills:

  • Professional level of written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of professional products or services.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Effective follow-up and follow through.
  • Driven and motivated to meet and exceed goals.
  • Stellar phone skills and passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to understand professional level service needs, client practice, and traveler credentials.

Experience & Education: 

  • College level education or equivalent work experience.
