Finance Director

Multi-Faceted corporation providing health and human services to 14,000 people in four counties across Central New York seeks a Finance Director. The Finance Director provides financial leadership, direction, and support for improving the financial performance and efficiency of division(s) in which they are responsible for. Position involves frequent communication with operations and administrative management and staff members across the agency. A strong understanding of financial analysis techniques, generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting and health care reimbursement consideration is necessary. Proficiency with spreadsheet software, word processing and other common office applications is necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance along with 5-7 years of relevant experience.  Relevant financial experience in healthcare preferred.
