Job Description

Family Preservation Services of Florida is seeking candidates to become part of a highly professional, creative and energetic team focused on improving community-based behavioral healthcare to aging and adult populations.

Providing assessments, intensive in-home counseling and behavior modification.

Experience with Medicare/Medicaid a plus

Bilingual is a plus

Job Requirements

Florida licensure (LCSW, LMHC or LMFT)

Valid state driver's license in good standing
