New Seasons at Exton, A Five Star Quality Care, Inc. community, has a position for a Resident Service Director to oversee the medical care of our Assisted Living residents and to supervise our caregivers.
 


Job Requirements 


We are looking for a caring individual with high standards. Must have excellent clinical skills, RN, a compassionate attitude towards others and a commitment to excellence is required. Assisted Living exp. a plus.


Must have a PA RN licence in goodstanding, strong management skills and Skilled or Assisted Living experience.
