Due to Tremendous Growth, Farmers Insurance Group has opened a new agency training facility in the Seattle area.  Farmers has developed this innovative new agency ownership training program. This program allows you to establish a strong foundation for the future without all the expenses other small businesses incur.

Farmers Insurance and Financial Services Group is seeking business professionals to manage and own a Farmers independent agency. Farmers Agency Owners are Relationship Managers, Trusted Advisers, Business Development, as well as, Insurance Consultants helping provide solutions to people and empowering them to make intelligent choices regarding their valued assets.

Farmers offers a highly competitive multi-line products: Homeowners/Fire, Auto, Life, Commercial and Financial Services products. A new one-of-a-kind bundle protection package to consumers.

 

AVERAGE AGENCY ANNUAL INCOME
1st YEAR ----- $48,000
3rd YEAR ----- $120,000
5TH YEAR ----- $250,000

Renewal/Service Commission is a highly significant contributor to your earnings.

 


Job Requirements 

  • Unwavering entreprenuerial spirit, sense of urgency drive and highly ambitious
  • People-oriented
  • Successful track record in previous/current field of employment
  • MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT
  • No criminal convictions, felonies or misdemeanors within 10 years
  • No Chapter 7 bankruptcies within 3 years nor Chapter 11 or 13 within a year
  • College education or relevant experience desired
