Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Outpatient only, no call

20 patients per day

UHCsolutions will provide oregon licensure if necessary.

Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered by UHCsolutions.

Requirements Valid Oregon PA or FNP license preferred
At least one year experience as a Physician Assistant or a Family nurse Practitioner
