Raymour and Flanigan is currently seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to transform ordinary customer interactions into Extraordinary Experiences!
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for highly motivated, customer focused individuals with a positive, polite and enthusiastic attitude that would like to grow with our company. Our most successful Customer Care Supervisors have excellent phone etiquette, are able to multi-task and are capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment. We are looking for individuals that have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills a must.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment. We are looking for forward thinking, creative, future leaders who are capable of modeling service excellence from answering finance and service inquires to handling elevated situations. Local travel throughout the region, along with the flexibility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekend, holidays and events are required.
