Job Description

Sales and Marketing Rep – Home Healthcare

 

Assisted Healthcare Services, a provider of in-home nursing and therapy services is currently seeking a Community Liaison for our successful Glendale, AZ office. This position requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic self starter that enjoys representing an outstanding company in on the West Valley in the areas of Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear, Avondale, Sun City and surrounding areas. Established sales and marketing professionals with RN, LPN, or MSW,  licenses are highly desired.

 

All candidates must possess a minimum of two years strong healthcare sales experience (preferably home care); a proven track record of success in the healthcare arena to market our Home Care services with many established contacts in the above mentioned areas.  As the Community Liaison you will be required to remain abreast of services offered by the agency to present to community health care providers and other potential referral sources.

Other duties will include: 

 

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare facilities, medical groups and other health care professionals who have an opportunity to utilize agency services.
  • Working closely with Contract Administrator and participates in negotiating contracts for assigned territories.
  • Maintaining a level of knowledge of community standards for reimbursement of  services.
  • Developing and maintaining an active list of clients.
    Meeting with clients regularly to identify , troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two year experience in healthcare sales, preferably homecare, hospice, or    private duty.
  • Established client contacts in the West Valley.
  • Knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations helpful.
  • Proven history of success in healthcare sales.
