Position Overview:
Customer Service Collection Representatives are responsible for providing support to and collecting money from delinquent borrowers who have defaulted on educational loans or any other portfolio bought and serviced by Premiere Credit of North America (PCNA). Call center reps are required to abide by all state and federal laws pertaining to collections. Training is provided. Extensive criminal background screening is required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide customer service support to delinquent account holders
- Collect money on delinquent accounts
- Abide by all state and federal laws pertaining to collections
- Abide by all company policies and processes
- Ability to excel in a fast paced & tiered goal environment
- Ability to follow and/or work from a script
- Operating in a dialer pool system to perform inbound and outbound calls
Other Job Functions:
- Minimal Skip Tracing
- Cross training new and transferred employees
