Description Act as the customer service arm for the Company. Communicate policy information through telephone or written means to both agents and policyowners. Provide this service with the needs of the customer at the forefront, using the corporate shared values as the guide for all interactions.

HOURS: Monday & Tuesday = 9:00am – 3:45pm, Thursday = 9:00am – 3:30pm

Requirements

Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with agents and policyholders
Must have knowledge of and ability to maneuver through multiple information screens including the company website
Previous customer services call center experience helpful
Must possess strong grammatical skills
Must have strong organizational skills
Should be able to type 45 wpm, which is the equivalent to 20,850 to 21,149 ksph, accurately
