Director of Case Management:
Beautiful, state-of-the-art acute care hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management.  Prefer a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of recent management experience in an acute hospital setting.  At least 5+ years of experience in case management or hands on experienced as a case manager in a hospital setting.  CCM Certification preferred.  The ideal candidate will express exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.  Articulate, professional and possess the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others.
