Job Description

LiquidAgents Healthcare, a fast-growing, healthcare staffing and comprehensive workforce procurement firm, is seeking Travel Nurse and Travel Allied Health Recruiters.  We have been recognized by the media as one of the “best companies to work for" 7 years.  We are looking for creative, tenacious individuals to join our team of professionals.

 

These positions are responsible for the day-to-day sourcing of either Travel Nurses or Travel Allied Health professionals.  Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify new candidates that are interested in taking temporary assignments at hospitals
  • Contact and qualify candidates that meet the clients requirements
  • Obtain the necessary documents
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates
  • Work with the marketing department to submit candidates to clients
  • After the match, close the deal
  • On-board new candidates
  • Maintain weekly communication with the field staff

 



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office suite
