Description SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sales Representative - Winchester/Southern Territory (Stauton/Charlottesville/Harrisonburg & surrounding areas south)

VBS Inc. Material Handling Equipment, the authorized Hyster lift truck dealer for Virginia & Eastern North Carolina since 1948, is offering a terrific career opportunity to join an established leader in the industry as a Sales Representative for southwestern Virginia working out of our Winchester branch. The Sales Representative will develop and maintain a sales territory consisting of focused accounts, which may be subject to change. He/she will be accountable for retaining existing accounts and growing business, while maintaining strong and trusting partnerships with customers. He/she will be a strategic partner in expanding VBS’ presence within the designated territory and will be accountable for maximizing sales that broaden our position in the market. As a Sales Representative, you will receive an excellent compensation package with unlimited commission potential, comprehensive benefits, vacation/personal time, paid training, 401(k) and profit sharing.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess:

•   Experience in Equipment Sales or Leasing preferred, but not required

•   Good Work Ethic and Strong Desire to Succeed

•   Ability to Develop Long Term Relationships and provide ongoing support to
    current customers

•   Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

•   Flexibility to Travel as necessitated
