COMPANY:
CardioSom is a unique and exciting company. We are a nationwide provider of home medical equipment specializing in the treatment of patients with sleep disorders. We provide PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) and oxygen therapy to qualified patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist who would welcome the challenge of our dynamic North side Indianapolis location. Our senior clinician would be responsive for the oversight of our clinical operations at this branch and have one on one patient interaction offering each patient a caring, responsive experience. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to be involved with our corporate training and clinical development programs.

Requirements

Must be a Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Technician or (RRT) License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with an active Indiana State License.
Experience within a home care environment a plus.
Previous experience with Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP) equipment is necessary.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge.
Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with referral sources such as physicians and administrators as well as clients.
Must be computer savvy with MS Office Suite experience.
Personal transportation, on call duties and some heavy lifting are required.
Educational experience.
