Outside Sales, Missoula - Position ID# 2009163  

Position requires weekly overnight travel starting mid-January through late-July

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As a Dex Sales Professional, you will partner with business by consulting on print, online and local search engine advertising solutions to existing and new business accounts.  In this role, you will analyze and develop client advertising business strategies and provide valuable solution based advertising program recommendations.

 

In this role, you will utilize your interpersonal rapport savviness to connect with a broad array of business decision makers to develop client-specific advertising strategies to grow established accounts and engage new prospect.  Additional responsibilities include being the tactical expert on executing price, product strategies, program promotions and changes to meet business goals, deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Success is measured in defending and growing existing revenue and in the number of new client conversions  and monthly revenue sold, while working in a positive team-oriented and friendly inside sales environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will be ‘quick studies’ that can synthesize a variety of business environments to analyze and assess data to capitalize upon customer and market opportunities. We also admire driven and passionate people with a successful experience with track record of high achievement in various settings.

 

  • College degree and sales experience - a definite plus, but required
  • Excellent rapport builders with excellent powers of persuasions and a charismatic “can-do" attitude
  • Highly self-directed with an innate ability to continuously thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven culture while serving to bring out the best in yourself and teams
  • Proficient to advanced Microsoft Office and other windows-based sales tracking and order management software skills is highly desired.
  • All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screening

 

Must be able to attend 7 weeks of initial sales training in Seattle or Denver Training Hubs (February 8 –  March 19,  including weekends)

Strategic Relationship Selling Skills (RSS) Business to Business Sales Certification Training - 7 week of paid extensive sales and business advertising training in our Seattle or Denver training Hubs.  Training consists of a Dex’s Strategic Relationship Selling Skills (RSS) which includes: account analysis & engagement strategy; client need & solution assessment; as well as extensive product knowledge, ad design & layout in a small, highly engaging and hands-on environment.   

  

Medical related benefits are effective after 31 days of employment.
