Description Longtime Privately-held homebuilder is seeking a Division President for one of its new start up divisions. Successful candidate will have the focus, energy, and enthusiasm to build on a vision, hire a team, and be responsible for the execution and delivery of new homes in the Huntsville/Madison area, overseeing land acquisition, construction, and marketing.

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PRIOR HOMEBUILDING EXPERIENCE.

Requirements

10+ years experience in Homebuilding Executive Management with strengths in construction and land
Knowledge of the local market, production building and managment a MUST
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver and execute essential
Background in costing and sales/marketing
