Description
The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the hospitals with staffing requirements by effectively communicating requested needs to contracted vendors, and by facilitating the placement of USA-domestic clinical/non-clinical staff in HCA facilities and/or non-HCA facilities. All duties are executed in an efficient, time-sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: facilitating placements in HCA and/or non-HCA facilities (for communities that do not have an HCA acute care hospital presence); vendor management; facility relations management; candidate presentation management: candidate retention/replacement management; and marketing the permanent placement program to facility current non-participants. Ideal candidate will possess demonstrated accomplishments in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented staffing/recruitment environment.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required

3-5 years of previous staffing/recruitment experience

Healthcare industry and manager/director level experience highly preferred
