Comprehensive Geriatric Services (CGS) is the leading provider of behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Maryland.  Together with our clinical partner, MedOptions, we provide services in Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. 

We are a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and social workers providing medication management and psychotherapy services to residents of over 400 client facilities.  Our clinicians come from a variety of backgrounds and are provided training and support that enable them to work efficiently while achieving the best outcomes for their patients.

At CGS, you will benefit from making a difference in the lives of your patients and the facility staff that care for them.  While practicing independently, you will be supported by experienced clinical managers, regular educational meetings, case study teleconferences, and electronic medical records to make documentation easier and more efficient. 

We are seeking clinicians to join us on a full- or part-time basis and offer flexible weekday schedules based on your individual needs.

The qualified candidate will be a nurse practitioner (CRNP, PMHNP), be certified as a psychiatric NP or CNS, be licensed in Maryland, have a controlled substance license and Federal DEA.
