Attention call center bilingual recruiters! Join our team.!!! Have you always wanted to use your call center skills in a research environment? Novum PRS is looking for a Bilingual, English/Spanish Recruiter to work at the Houston office.
· Answer in-bound calls and make the necessary out-bound calls from a call list.
· Provide potential participants with appropriate study information.
· Obtain information via call screening to fill out first time caller sheets, in-call logs and database information.
· Schedule participants and/or potential participants for screening tests and check-in activities.
· Track all activity related to assigned studies, i.e., (in-call numbers, out-call numbers and outcome codes).
· Make clinic appearances as a form of recruitment during study progression.
· Accurately enter participant data and scheduling information into database updating and maintaining files.
· Attend offsite meetings/events as necessary to promote and expand recruiting efforts.
· Participate in screening by performing reception desk activities (greeting participants, updating database, creating charts).
· Assist with check-in to ensure that all participants arrive at the clinical unit when scheduled.
· Provide general support to the recruiting department as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $10.33 per hour USD
· High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of call center experience
· Ability to handle multi line phone system. May be required to sit for extensive periods of time.
· Basic computer skills in order to enter information into existing database.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
