Description Client is a leading retail chain with locations throughout the Southeastern US. They offer a complete benefit package including relocation. Job responsibilities include:

Overall accountability for critical analysis of sales and profit results, promotional activity, market trends, consumer shopping behaviors, demographic product alignment, and strategic growth planning
Develop short- and long-term strategic category sales and profit growth plans
Develop category promotional plans and evaluate promotional activity
Analyze sales and profit trends
Review consumer shopping behaviors
Achieve category sales and profitability budgets
Enhance store level profitability by means of precise SKU assortment and inventory levels
Develop long-term strategic category plans

Requirements The following requirements must be met to be considered for the position:

BS/BA
5-8 years of strong retail experience including sales and profit analyses
Experience negotiating pricing, contracts and promotional activity
Strong cognitive intellect and ability to interact with varying levels of management
