General Manager and Hourly Managers

We are a locally owned and operated restaurant group with four different concepts ranging from Asian fusion to Breakfast all day.  We are a growing company currently working on opening our second Flying Biscuit Cafe in the Park Road Shopping Center. This is expected to open in early 2010, another stepping stone in our ever-growing restaurant locations. We currently own and operate The Flying Biscuit Cafe at Stonecrest Shopping Center where our goals are great food and great service.

General Manager Compensation:

• $35K-$55K/year

• Full Benefits including Dental, Health and Vision

• Vacation Pay

 
Hourly Manager Compensation

• $10-$12.25/hourly

• Vacation Pay

General Mangers must be able to perform the listed proficiencies:

• Use of Microsoft Office and Excel (creation and organization of spreadsheets)

• Use of restaurant operating systems especially Micros

• Cash handling experience

• Must be Serve Safe Certified or prepared to take the class

• High Volume experience

• Must be able to read and understand a profit and loss statement

• Must be able to regulate inventory and labor controls

Hourly managers must be able to perform the listed proficiencies:

• Use of Microsoft Office and Excel

• Use of restaurant operating systems specifically Micros

• Cash handling experience

• Must be Serve Safe Certified or prepared to take the class

• High Volume experience
