Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for developing sales strategies in support of the country's business plan. Build relationships with key players in the market as well as leverage sales force effectiveness information and tools.
Responsible for representing Endotec as a leader in orthopedics industry and the marketplace by promoting our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Increasing sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by means of working with existing customers as well as identify new customers in order to grow their territory.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
Build strong relationships with individual accounts to develop the ongoing business.
Support the development of effective distribution and inventory system and procedures to service national accounts.
Manage selling expenses within budget.
Qualifications/Work Experience
QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years demonstrated successful sales experience (in the medical industry preferred).
Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.

30% - 50%
