Functional Analyst Opening

A major multi-hospital system – headquartered in Springfield, Illinois – has opportunities for Functional Analysts in the following areas:




Ø Primary duties include: o   Providing end user support for application software; o   Demonstrating a working knowledge of application systems analysis; o   Assisting with project management and providing project coordination, support, analysis, and training; o   Analyzing changes and enhancements to applications and determining their impact on existing production systems; and o   Peer review of staff member projects and work prior to production migration.

Ø Other functions include: o   Creating documentation and training guides for user communities, and o   Performing routine and special assignments that support departmental objectives, often functioning across disciplines and areas of expertise.

Work in a team environment – with opportunity for advancement.

Up to 80%, Extensive Travel in Illinois and Wisconsin required. Qualified candidates must have at least an Associate’s Degree.
