Sales and Marketing Executive – Healthcare Security

 

Canal Solutions recruiting firm, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive for a client of ours that provides security services and design-build systems integration to the Healthcare market.

Their team of technical professionals provides integrated security, communications, and fire detection systems for industries such as healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and government.  They offer expert consultative developed solutions; professional project engineering and delivery; factory trained technical support for application programming, training, and ongoing 24-7 service support.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for Developing New Business within the Central Missouri territory.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Relationships with and presentations before clients’ C-level to department managers
  • Assessing client needs, working with the team to develop solutions, and presenting proposed solutions to clients using our system of Listen, Analysis, and Innovate
  • Manage sales system processes and reporting
  • Responsible for sales and marketing objectives
  • Systems include healthcare communications systems wired, wireless, networked, and integration software plus healthcare/commercial/industrial fire alarm, video surveillance, and access control systems
  • Ensuring that the company's products and services are specified with clients, consultants, architects and engineers
  • Other duties as required or assigned by company management

 


 

Requirements

Candidate Must have:

  • BS in Marketing, Management, Public Relations or Equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience successful Sales history with Business-to-Business sales including account building and prospecting
  • Have outstanding presentation skills with ability to present to C-level end-users, Architects, Engineers and Consulting firms
  • Be capable of assessing needs, designing, and selling medium to large integrated software based systems directly to healthcare or commercial/industrial accounts
  • Be PC literate to create professional presentations for our clients and for electronic reporting to management
  • Be able to apply our consultative needs analysis based sales approach
  • Knowledge and experience selling in the Central Missouri Healthcare marketplace a plus.
