This company is committed to helping consumers live a comfortable and efficient lifestyle by providing the finest products and services.They are now hiring a Technical Customer Service who plans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the following duties. Allow Teruko Weinberg, Inc. to introduce your talent and knowledge to a company guaranteeing you success.

Provides troubleshooting of product over the phone to users at remote sites using product diagnostic equipment
Works with installers including plumbers and consumers to diagnose problems with installation
Coordinates problem resolution to expedite repairs
Maintains records of performance reports
Creates product documentation to assist users
Responsible to maintain the test area
Adds additional product based on customer demand
Establishes network of nationwide service representatives

Requirements

One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience
Plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical experience preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Contact Management systems
Excellent customer service skills (on the phone)
