TriHealth, a partnership of two of Cincinnati, Ohio's finest health care organizations, Bethesda and Good Samaritan hospitals, is seeking a NURSING MANAGER I for the Surgery Department at Bethesda North Hospital located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts.
This position has 24-hour accountability for their area(s) of responsibility. This accountability encompasses: patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention. This environment is supported by the nurse manager acting as a role model and as a mentor and coach to the staff.
