The Bridge for Youth is a non-profit, community-based agency that helps youth in crisis. The Bridge for Youth is seeking a full-time Community Living Specialist in the Transitional Living Program serving youth ages16-20.  The TLP is a residential setting assisting homeless youth in achieving self-sufficiency. This position will ensure community building among residents, weekly goal setting and case management, life skill development, and recreational activities.

Requirements Two years experience working with at-risk or homeless youth is required. B.S.W. or B.A. preferred. This position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and use of own vehicle.  This position is open until filled.
