Job Description:
1. Required to fill the role of a technical resource responsible for conducting Proof of Concept for Serena Dimensions CM, in conjunction with Rational RequisiteWeb, Rational ClearQuest and Rational Application Developer.
2. Responsible for designing the final solution, tweaking configurations to help maximize performance and facilitate process.
3. Responsible for documenting the steps taken during the project to configure, setup and architect the ALM solution involving SCM and Build Management tools.
4. Responsible for designing, documenting and executing a thorough test plan to evaluate the capabilities of the SCM and Build Management tools suite.
5. Responsible for documenting final recommendations regarding the tools used in the POC.

REQUIRED Skills       
1. Knowledge of SCCM (Software Configuration and Change Management) for distributed systems. Serena DimensionsCM, Serena Business Mashups, Rational ClearQuest, CVS, Rational Requisite Web
2. Ability to design systems using Serena tools in a cross-platform environment that would track and manage requirements from initial request to deployment using a single repository.
3. Thorough knowledge and track record of windows and Unix scripting as well as using DWS, AIWS/CI commands in creating specialized custom projects for Distributed Web and Portal application that will be deployed in a websphere environment.
4. Thorough knowledge of authoring and modifying XML scripts to create or modify build configuration in Dimension Build.
5. Ability to design performance enhancement in a Dimension application server, using Privilege Caching and optimized utilization of dm configuration files.
6. Ten years of experience in Source Control Management.
