Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with Customers proactively and responsively. Provide assistance and information regarding the status of Customer accounts as well as answering generic Customer questions. Communication is done via telephone, e-mail, and fax.
Answer the incoming calls, listen intently to the customer, identify their needs and respond professionally and accurately based on EFA’s policies and procedures.
Determine if research is required and set up appropriate task to the proper department for resolution of the issue as needed. Keep commitments made to Customers in terms of returning calls and performing necessary tasks.
Achieve service quality standards as identified by management.
Update the customer information in XWare.
Identify reason for customer’s inquiry and report trends and call drivers to management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
