Put your years of experience into a future of excellence with Stanley Associates. The Conferencing and Audio Visual department on Stanley's JSF contract is looking for a qualified individual with expertise in the fields of both conference support and the audio visual realm. The Conferencing and Video Teleconferencing Technician will field real-time requests as well as utilizing a variety of audio visual technologies. Experience with Polycom standards is preferred.
Specific Duties:
• Receives and documents Teleconference and VTC scheduling requests
• Testing and Reconfiguring A/V and Conferencing Equipment
• Room maintenance to include set up and break down of partitioned conference facility
• Manage a bridge with both Teleconferences and Video Teleconferences
• Conference Room Scheduling and Management
Requirements
Additional Requirements:
• Demonstrate a competency in the field of audio visual technologies including but not limited to video teleconferencing, audio teleconferencing, a/v control systems and data network infrastructures.
• Able to handle multi-tasking on a regular basis.
• Superb organization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Astute attention to detail.
• The ability to lift and move as much as 50 lbs
• Possession of A+, Network+, or Security+ Certification
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
