We are looking for qualified Print & Online Sales Reps to work for the Miami New Times Outside Sales Department.
As a Print & Online Sales Rep with the Miami New Times Retail Department, you will sell a variety of print, online, email, text and sponsorship advertising packages and solutions.
Local market selling to a wide variety of businesses: restaurants, night clubs, bars, retail stores, doctors, spas, etc…
So, if you are looking for a rewarding career opportunity and an environment that lends itself to success, then this is the job for you!
Candidates must possess the ability to:
- Effectively present the Miami New Times to potential clients
- Go on NO LESS than 15 new appointments a week
- Make up to 150 phone cold calls a week
- Cold call prospect up to 25 new businesses a week
- Organize a working lead list of over 175 accounts
- Develop and build long-standing client relationships
- Handle ad design, ad copy and billing for clients
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of direct business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Positive, energetic, self-motivated
- Effective time management skills
- 3 verifiable job references
- College education preferred
- Bilingual preferred
