RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Retail Sales Associates is responsible for the following:

• Direct sales to consumers via phone and e-mail
• Consumer support for any product or charge related questions
• Build client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Ability to know product knowledge quickly to services customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Retail Store sales mandatory
• College degree; Footwear Fashion background a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills with an ability to be well organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, etc.
• Detailed oriented
• Must be able to multi-task
