The Operations Technician position will report to the Operations Manager who will schedule and assign tasks. Production data entry is part of the Operations team in charge of content ingestion, encoding and content QA for the CinemaNow storefronts and partners.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

·         Content data entry

·         Scanning and manipulation of images

·         Video content QA

·         Asset tracking (DVDs/Digibetas) – checking titles in and out of in-house library

·         QA of new proprietary software applications

·         Working closely with Database Administrator to resolve data issues

·         Other projects assigned by Operations Manager

Primary Qualifications:

·         College degree preferred

·         Highly organized with strict attention to detail

·         Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adhere to timelines

·         Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Must be able to rapidly come up to speed on proprietary software applications

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Photoshop and Outlook (Intermediate to Advanced skill level)

·         Basic technical background – knowledge of SQL/Database Administration a plus

·         Must be okay with Adult production

·         Interest in movies preferable

Candidates who are able to work swing shifts or possibly weekends will be given higher priority.
