Description Our client, a long term care facility near Watertown, NY, has an immediate need for a DIRECTOR of BUSINESS OPERATIONS. The organization has nearly 350 employees (mostly union) with 18 million+ in revenue.

The scope of responsibilities include full charge for all fiscal operations of the facility and related companies, financial planning, compliance, financial reporting, business office, treasury functions and capital and operating budgets

The candidate will play a key role in accounting/finance leadership and will partner closely with the Administrator for strategic management and growth of operations.

Requirements The successful candidate must be well seasoned (LTC – Healthcare environment strongly preferred) – with 7 to 10 years experience. MBA or CPA strongly preferred. Requires strong leadership skills – staff needs competent/credible leader & mentor to steer the ship and maximize reimbursement. Prior experience managing in union environment would be a +.
