Working with consumers that have co-occuring disorders;
Participate in daily Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team meetings;
ACT team works in the community; provide 80% of service in the community/home visits;

Requirements

Computer literate, enjoy working with mentally ill/substance abuse, older adult consumers.
Ability to complete documents on computer and meet deadlines;
Must be flexible and available 24/7 by phone;
Acceptable driving record and own reliable transportation;
