Description CRL Senior Living Communities is seeking a proven leader to head Bella Vista an Independent and Assisted living community in Oshkosh, WI. The responsibilities will include assisting with leasing, hold events, educate the public and hire the staff.

Requirements Qualifications
• Experience in RCAC and CBRF required
• Proven track record of successfully managing direct care staff
• Respected leader in providing high quality care for seniors
• R.N. license preferred
