Requirements:
· Proven sales experience in the retail automotive industry.
· Superior communication and customer service skills.
· Excellent follow-through/follow-up skills.
· Ability to learn, know and understand our product.

Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain relationships with our customers.
· Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicles within the BMW line.
· Follow up on all sales leads.
· Work with sales management team to ensure sales goals are not only met, but exceeded.

BMW of Fort Myers is part of the Sonic Automotive group and offers the highest compensation package in the area with an aggressive commission and bonus pay structure.  We also have schedules with one weekday and Sundays off.  Great benefits, including paid vacations & 401k available.

Qualifications:
· Dealership based new car sales experience is a must. Luxury import experience a plus.
· High school diploma or the equivalent.
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
· Valid in-state driver's license.
· Professional personal appearance.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
· All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
· All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
· All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
