Contact customers via telephone to generate renewal and cross sales of core Company products and services, as well as follow-up with customers to assure their satisfaction with products and services.
- Develop relationships with customers to determine their specialized needs.
- Inform customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
- Determine cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for customers.
- Promote value, quote prices and encourage customers to purchase.
- Respond to customer inquiries and solve problems, directly or through other internal resources, and solicit additional sales.
- Assist customers requesting information about software products and with placing software orders.
- Maintain customer accounts with regular communication and follow-up.
- Investigate and resolve delivery problems for customer.
- Authorize the return and reshipment of products.
- Maintain daily sales activity information.
- Generate daily total call volume of 80 to 100 calls.
- Meet assigned, individual sales goals.
