BIOMASS GASIFICATION PROCESS TECHNOLOGY MANAGER - $120,000 - $170,000*
Compensation package includes Base Salary plus Bonus and excellent benefit programs.
Ground floor opportunity to lead Process Engineering side of emerging Biomass Gasification process.
Position available due to continued expansion into the global Synfuels market.
Client seeks sharp, aggressive, ‘out-of-the-box’ innovator rather than 20+ years with the same process.
Will lead process development/innovations team to scale-up from Pilot Plant to broad global production volumes. Will manage R&D and Engineering teams through development and implementation of innovative solutions that will optimize all process, production, maintenance & safety systems while meeting all regulatory requirements. Position directly affects all operating areas & requires the ability to produce cost effective engineering proposals, accurate cost analysis and detailed documentation of all process improvements.
BSChE (MSChE or PhD helpful) and solid engineering experience in BioFuels.
CHEMISTS - Research & Development - $65,000 - $90,000
B.S. Chemistry or BSChE. 3 or more years R&D experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. This opportunity is with a corporation who is known as “one of the best places to work". Company is expanding internationally and offers many career opportunities.
CHEMIST – PROJECT ENIGNEER – Formulations - $70,000 - $85,000
B.S. Chemistry or BSChE. Experience is Consumer Products, batch processing, liquid fill type operations. Examples; Lotions, Toothpaste, Hand Soap, Suntan Lotion, Cough Syrup, etc.
CHEMICAL PROCESS ENGINEERS - $65,000 - $90,000
BSChE and 2 or more years Process Engineering experience in Chemicals, Plastics, or BioFuels. These companies are leaders in their field and are seeking individuals who are self motivated and who will drive the company to new horizons.
DISTRIBUTION CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEER - Yokogawa DCS - $80,000 - $95,000
One of the nation’s leading Chemical manufacturer is conducting a search for a DCS Controls Engineer. This Engineer will maintain controls strategies which safely and reliably meet operating requirement of the facility. Some of the other responsibilities of this individual include maintaining Distributed Control System (DCS programming, commission system) and train facility staff in proper system operation, troubleshooting DCS.
Degree and 3 or more years DCS experience.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR - $65,000 - $75,000
Bachelors degree and 3 or more years Environmental experience in a chemical or refining operation. Rsponsible for the developing and coordinating of all policies on matters of environment involving air, water, and land conservation which are of joint concern to the company and the public. Provides advice on the practical and necessary steps to prevent or abate pollution. Ensures that plant is in compliance with all environmental requirements, with particular focus on RCRA, CWA, and CAA regulation.
FERMENTATION PROCESS ENGINEER - $85,000 - $125,000 Range
Seeking a Sr. Process Engineer with Fermentation Pilot Plant experience. Ground floor opportunity to lead the fermentation side of an emerging BioMass Gasification process. Position available due to continued expansion into the global Synfuels market. BSChE (Masters or PHD a plus) and 5 or more years of Fermentation Process Engineering experience.
PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEERS - $75,000 - $115,000
BSChE or BSEE. World Class Manufacturer seeking a Process Controls Engineer with hands-on experience optimizing DCS & PLC systems for continuous chemical operations.
PROJECT ENGINEERS – Chemical or Mechanical - $70,000 - $90,000
BSChE or BSME. 2 or more years engineering experience in chemical related industry. Be able to handle multiple projects at a time. Six Sigma exposure a plus.
MAINTENANCE RELIABILITY ENGINEERS - $75,000 - $90,000
Bachelors degree required. 3 or more years maintenance, reliability and process improvements. These companies are leaders in their industry and they are seeking top talent who can be promoted to much higher positions.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS - $75,000 - $85,000
Bachelors degree required. 2 or more years experience. Familiar with pumps, compressors, refrigeration equipment, conveyors, etc. Predictive & Preventative maintenance experience.
